The estate agents admit that this ramshackle beach hut is in 'need of modernisation' - but it hasn't stopped it being placed on the market with an amazing £200,000 price tag.
The one-bed chalet looks little more than a glorified garden shed with its faded timber walls and patched-up felt roof.
There is barely room to swing a cat, the interior needs 'general improvement and updating' and there's even a car park that has to be crossed to get to the beach.

Yet, because of its stunning location at the heart of Britain's World Heritage Jurassic Coast, the simple beach hut is expected to be in huge demand.
The Green House is one of 15 similar properties in a privately-owned grassy field overlooking Eype beach, near Bridport.
Its pricetag goes against the current decline of the British property market, which is tipped to drop by 10 per cent this year.
The 30ft by 20ft building comes with a kitchen, living room, a cramped bedroom and a shower room. There is a tatty-looking patio at the front.

Despite its confined size, it is possible to live in the property all year round and council tax is payable at just under £100 a month.
Others on the site that have been bought recently have been extended by their owners after gaining planning permission.
Incredibly, the wooden shack has been valued at least £199,999 more than the stretch of beach that it overlooks.
Eype beach in Dorset has just been listed for sale at just £1, because it doesn't generate income but comes with associated costs.
Selwyn Holmes, a member of the local parish council, said: 'All of the chalets look right out to sea and have wonderful, uninterrupted views.
'They are on a private field and there is a condition in place that no more chalets can be built on, which give the current owners some sort of exclusivity.
'The trend is to apply for planning permission and then extend to create another bedroom and more living space.
'The Green House is at the very front - you couldn't get closer to the sea.
'It is on a small plot and it is in quite a bad state of repair, yet it is still worth a crazy price.'
Although Eype beach is not yet for sale, its value has been listed at £1 by West Dorset District Council.
If the beach is ever sold, it is likely the council will put in place a condition that does not restrict the public from using it.
