Angelina Jolie took Maddox to shopping in Brignoles, France. Guess what she bought for him? A toy dart gun.

Actually is it a good idea to buy kids guns or knives to play? Will they turn violent when they grow up? Why not buy something useful like scrabbles or chess to make their brains work. I know it sound boring but intellectual thing is better than violent things.

Gainesville Wedding Expo Recap

We had such a great time at the Real Gainesville Expo this past Sunday! We always LOVE, LOVE, LOVE meeting new brides, and their energy is amazing!

Angelina Jolie and her partner, Brad Pitt enjoys organizing their children's birthday parties eventhough it is not an easy task.

She said, “We have birthdays all year round! It's chaos but we do manage somehow. We just try to have a wonderful time. Now the older kids get involved in planning the birthdays for the younger kids. It's one of the greatest pleasures of life."

Some Friendly Competition

We always love a little competition here at MasterPiece, especially when it's a husband and wife doing it for charity!



Photography 35 is in the spirit of giving and have created a fun fall competition for anyone who is interested! They have both chosen their favorite charities and are going against each other to see who can raise the most money! Until October 24th, their normal $150 session fee will be changed to a $25 donation to either the Children's Miracle Network or the Children's Home Society.



We're throwing out our support for both Angel and Gregg, but it's up to you to decide who you want to support! Hurry up and don't miss this exciting opportunity to give back to those in need and have a beautiful family portrait taken!

A PJ Party!

We have so much fun at MasterPiece Weddings. And I mean that! And after a hard week, I decided that even though we had client appointments, we should have a PJ party at the office. Our clients were asked to wear their PJs to their appointments (and they did!) and we worked as usual, but in comfort (and style... well, a style of of own). 



So when Stewart from Powers Photography found out we were having a Pajama Party he ran over with a camera....

We had so much fun and loved taking a break from real life clothes and getting to work in something comfy.

Angelina Jolie met Brad when both of them acted in 'Mr. and Mrs. Smith' and they fell in love eventually. Will they act together again?

Angelina Jolie says she does not have the time to act togther with him since they have busy schedule, which includes taking care their six children.

She said: "I'd love to work with him but we have a lot of kids!"

Brad Pitt wants to have an airstrip near his and Angelina Jolie's luxury property in France. This is so that they can avoid bumping into paparazzi at airports.

A source tells the publication, "One thing he loves about the estate is the privacy it affords. Nobody can get near it. So with Angelina completing her pilot's licence, their own airstrip would give them total freedom to come and go."

When you are famous, it's common to swarmed by paparazzi. If notm you will think that you may not be popular. Look at Lindsay, she always tried her best to attract paparazzi.

A few Bridal Shows ago, we had the opportunity to run in to some fun pirates. Yes, PIRATES! We were so enjoying their company and they told us all about The Black Raven Pirate Ship adventures in St. Augustine, Florida.

The Black Raven Pirate Ship is a high entertainment and educational cruise for young children and adults. Depending on what kind of program you are looking to book, the Black Raven offers it all. Everything from weddings, kid birthday parties, to 21 and up parties full of skits, gambling, and music.

If you are getting married in the area, how fun would a rehearsal dinner of after party be for your wedding day? It's so different and your guests would always remember how fun it was!

MasterPiece Weddings Certification Course!

It's that time of year again! MasterPiece Weddings is holding a certification course October 3rd and 4th and we want you there! If you are interested in becoming a wedding planner, you don't want to miss it!

This class is a two day course, basically it is a very intense, but enjoyable, two days filled with everything you need to know about planning an event. It is like having a degree in event planning with a major in wedding planning. We feel that you could walk out of the class with enough knowledge to plan and direct a wedding on your own, or for a company without a second thought – and if you are already in the industry, it will give you the credentials as well as the some tricks to the trade, and how to work with a difficult client, and meet and exceed the needs of your current clients.

It is a fun weekend, filled with tons of information that will be super valuable to you whether or not you decide to pursue a career in this industry. We talk about how to handle those simple but unique details to suit most extravagant request, the proper way to cut a wedding cake, dressing a bride, working with vendors, how to acquire contacts, receive referrals, how to work with a client, how to acclimate to new location, how to start a business, and A LOT MORE! This course has been approved through the Department of Education in Florida, and we are very excited to bring it back to Gainesville.

I guess happiness is not easy to obtain. The more you want to get, the tougher it gets. Sometimes in terms of relationships, it takes two to maintain it.

Recently Angelina Jolie and her partner are not in good terms. Because of that, she is getting skinnier.

An insider told American tabloid the National Enquirer “Angelina is so skinny that you can see the bones. She needs to get help before she wastes away."

“Friends have noticed sadness in her recently as she struggles to keep her relationship with Brad together."

“She hardly eats anything."

“It seems as if they fight all the time."
